Ohayo gozaimasu!
Here is a recap of the exercises we went through last night:
Choku tsuki
Keishi tsuki
Tsuki up and down the mats, left and right stance
Warm up and strech - wrist joint; legs; calves; ankles.
Hanmi stance; walking left and right hanmi stance, regular steps and then longer steps
Shiko (knee walking)
Sit falls
Forward roll, knees and standing
Drawing the bokken
Bokken stance
Hanmi walking up and down the mats with bokken sheathed and then cutting
Breath power and coordination (kiai!).
